基于色谱/质谱联用技术的代谢组学在卵巢癌研究中的应用

摘要 卵巢癌是女性生殖系统常见的三大恶性肿瘤之一,致死率居妇科恶性肿瘤首位。代谢组学是近年发展起来的对某一生物或细胞所有低分子量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的新学科。人体任何的生理或病理改变都可由代谢表型反映,因此,卵巢癌发生发展中表现出的代谢变化规律必然可由代谢组学研究测定,以获得系统性、整体性、动态性信息,为卵巢癌早期诊断、合理治疗提供理论依据。色谱/质谱联用技术的发展极大地影响了代谢组学研究,目前已成为广泛应用且功能强大的分析工具。本文综述近几年有关色谱/质谱联用技术在卵巢癌代谢组学中应用的研究成果。
