目前很多的中药相关制剂被用于临床的各个领域。黄连素是一种重要的小檗碱,在多种药用植物中可以提取出该生物碱,其已经广泛应用在中医药领域许多年。现代药理学研究表明其通过多种作用机制发挥其治疗作用。本文介绍了黄连素的作用机制及其在医学领域的应用,主要包括肿瘤、肥胖、糖尿病、炎症性疾病、动脉粥样硬化、阿尔茨海默病、类风湿性关节炎和心血管疾病等。

At present,many TCM preparations are widely used in clinic. Berberine is an important alkaloid,which can be extracted from many medicinal plants,and it has been applied in clinic for many years. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it exerts its therapeutic effects through multiple mechanisms. This review introduced the mechanism of berberine and its application in the fields of cancer,obesity,diabetes,inflammatory diseases,atherosclerosis,Alzheimer＇s disease,rheumatoid arthritis,and cardiovascular diseases.
