丹参注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴肺炎患者疗效及对炎性因子表达的影响

Effects of Danshen Injection in the Treatment of COPD Combined with Pneumonia and Its Influences for Inflammatory Cytokines

目的:研究丹参注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴肺炎患者的临床疗效及其对血清可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:选取我院2012年5月—2015年10月收治的COPD急性发作期伴肺炎患者108例,治疗组患者在对照组常规治疗基础上加用丹参注射液,疗程14天。治疗后对临床疗效、肺功能改善情况、炎性因子水平、药物安全性进行比较分析。结果:治疗组患者加用丹参注射液使临床总有效率(88.89%)显著大于对照组(70.37%)(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后,呼气高峰流量(PEF)、肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_1)及FEV_1/FVC显著大于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后血清sTREM-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(均P<0.01);治疗组与对照组药物治疗安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹参注射液治疗COPD伴肺炎患者效果显著,可减轻患者炎性损伤和改善肺功能。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Danshen injection for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） combined with pneumonia,and its influence for soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1（ sTREM-1） and interleukin-6（ IL-6）. Methods： 108 cases from May 2012 to October 2015 were randomly divided into the control group（ conventional treatment） and the experiment group（ Danshen injection and conventional treatment）. The treatment duration was 14 days. The total effective rate,lung function,expression levels of inflammatory cytokines and drug safety were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the experiment group was 88. 89%,which was significantly higher than 70. 37% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The values of peak expiratory flow（ PEF）,forced vital capacity（ FVC）,forced expiratory volume in one second（ FEV1）,and FEV1/FVC were all higher in the experiment group compared to those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared to the control group,the levels of sTREM-1,TNF-α,and IL-6 decreased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. However,there was no statistical difference in drug safety between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Danshen injection has a significant clinical effect for COPD combined with pneumonia,and it can relieve inflammatory injury and improve lung function.
