二冬汤加减方治疗青年人特发性室性期前收缩的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Er Dong Decoction on Idiopathic Premature Ventricular Contraction among Young People

目的:观察二冬汤加减方对青年人特发性室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:收录年龄在25~44岁之间符合特发性室性期前收缩临床诊断,中医学属心悸阴虚火旺证的青年患者共50例,将患者服药前后24 h室性期前收缩的数量、HRV值的变化情况作为观察指标。结果:以二冬汤加减方治疗2周,对比患者服药前后24 h动态心电图室性期前收缩的数量、HRV(SDNN、RMSSD)值的变化发现其临床疗效显著,治疗前后患者24 h动态心电图室性期前收缩的数量、HRV(SDNN、RMSSD)值的变化差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:二冬汤加减方对青年人特发性室性期前收缩属中医学心悸阴虚火旺证者疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Modified Er Dong decoction for idiopathic premature ventricular contraction among young people. Methods： 50 young patients from the ages of 25 to 44 who were clinically diagnosed with idiopathic premature ventricular contraction were enrolled into the study. The clinical evaluation was assessed by observing premature ventricular contractions and HRV value changes before and after the treatment. Results： After two weeks of treatment with Modified Er Dong decoction,significant differences were observed in terms of premature ventricular contractions via 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram and HRV（ SDNN,RMDSS） value changes compared to pre-treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Er Dong decoction is significantly effective in treating idiopathic premature ventricular contraction among young people,which is considered palpitations resulting hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency from TCM point of view.
