摘要
在供给侧改革的背景下分析传统中小物流企业应用电子商务时面临的内外部环境,应用SWOT分析工具,清晰展示中小物流企业应用电子商务的优势(Strength)和劣势(Weakness)以及企业所处环境机会(Opportunity)和威胁(Threat),以供中小物流企业在选择是否应用电子商务以及怎样应用这种商务模式时加以参考。
Based on the supply side reform perspective, we analyzes the internal and external environment faced by traditional small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, and uses SWOT analysis tools to clearly demonstrate the strengths and weaknesses of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in applying ecommerce Opportunity and Threat in the organization's environment. For small and medium-sized logistics enterprises to choice if apply e-commerce and how to apply this business model for reference.
