摘要
在前期理论研究的基础上,本文利用自行编制的就业质量指标体系,测量了天津、上海、广州等七大城市中的1 502名外来农民工的就业质量。测量结果表明,当前我国外来农民工的就业质量仍有较大的提升空间。方差分析显示,外来农民工的就业质量在许多个人特征和就业特征上存在显著差异。
On the basis of previous theoretical studies, this article measures the job quality of 1502 rural- urban migrant workers from 7 cities in China (Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc) by an original constructed job quality index. It shows that the job quality of migrant workers is not ideal. Also, there are many significant variances of job quality between the sub-groups of migrant workers which divided by personal and empolyment characteristics.
