自拟逍遥散加减汤治疗肝郁脾虚型高泌乳素血症的临床研究

目的:观察自拟逍遥散加减汤治疗肝郁脾虚型高泌乳素血症的临床疗效,并讨论其作用机制。方法:将70例高泌乳素血症患者,随机分为治疗组(自拟逍遥散加减汤)和对照组(溴隐亭)各35例。观察临床疗效、医治前后中医证候改善状况、血中泌乳素(和相关性激素水平)并进行疗效比较。结果:医治后,两组各项积分都有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组在改善乳房胀痛、溢乳、月经周期、头晕目眩等症状方面疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01),总证候积分指数,治疗组:83.12%,对照组:75.35%。与医治前相比,两组医治后PRL、.P、LH、E_2数值均下降(P<0.05),出乎意料的是,在改善E_2数值方面,治疗组显著好于对照组(P<0.05),两组在改善FSH数值方面,医治前后无差别,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(85.71%vs.80.00%,P<0.05)。结论:自拟逍遥散加减汤对于高泌乳素血症疗效好、安全可靠。

Objective： To observe the effect of Since the proposed xiaoyao powder soup decoction week therapy with soothing the liver and spleen deficient in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia, and to explore its mechanism of action. Compared with the treatment, PRL, P, LH and E2 decreased（ P〈0.05）, but in improving the numerical value of E2, the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（ 85.71%,80.00%, P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It demonstrated that the Since the proposed xiaoyao powder soup decoction week therapy with soothing the liver and spleen deficient in treatment of hyperprolactinemia is safe,effective.
