血管外科护理质量敏感指标理的建立与运用

目的:创建血管外科专科护理质量控制的敏感指标体系,为科室提供标准量化专科质量控制。方法:建立血管外科护理敏感指标组,制定专科质量敏感指标体系,运用前后比照性研究并分析各指标对科室护理质量的影响。结果:经过科室敏感指标体系的建立及临床应用,构成金字塔式敏感指标,用科学的方法统计出显著影响塔尖指标的敏感内容,形成了敏感指标的标准评价体系[4]。结论:执行科室护理质量敏感指标体系并将其应用于临床,能有效降低PI的发生率,降低低血糖的发生率,提高末梢血运观察率,为专科护理质量控制提供参照性消息。

Objective：To establish a vascular surgeon specialized nursing quality control sensitive index system and provides quantitative standard specialized quality control department. Methods：Established vascular surgical nursing sensitive index group, drawing up specialized quality sensitive index system, using controlled studies before and after analysis of each index on the quality of the nursing department.
