中药外敷配合TDP灯照射治疗慢性盆腔炎40例

Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment with TDP lamp to 40 cases in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨中药外敷配合TDP灯照射治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:78例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为对照组(38例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组患者采用常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上配合应用中药外敷及TDP灯照射治疗,对比两者患者疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,明显优于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷配合TDP灯治疗慢性盆腔炎,可显著提高临床疗效。

Objective： to study the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment with TDP lamp to the clinical curative effect of treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 78 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, were randomly divided into control group （38 cases） and treatment group （40 eases）. Control group were treated by routine therapy, the treatment group patients application on the basis of conventional treatment with traditionalChinese medicine external treatment and TDP light treatment, compared the two patients with curative effect. Results： after treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was 95. 00%, obviously better than the control group of 76. 32%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese med- icine external treatment with TDP lamp for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation, can significantly improve the clinical curative effect.
