The Role Orientation of Higher Vocational Colleges in School Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作作为西方现代职业教育最为成功的经验被引进我国之后却一直未能如愿发挥强大的作用,归结原因在于我国尚未在法律层面明确界定学校在校企合作中的法律地位。我国当前正在大力发展高职院校这一现代职业教育中的坚力量,以此为契机,本文将围绕校企合作的各参与方角色定位进行法律分析,着重探讨高职院校如何发挥其在校企合作中的主导地位,并试图从法律及制度层面探索如何保障高职院校在校企合作中主导地位。

The school enterprise cooperation as a modern occupation education in the west is the most successful experience. It is introduced into China and has failed to play a strong role. It is attributed the legal status of China,which has not been clearly defined in law school in the school enterprise cooperation. China is vigorously developing the backbone of the higher vocational colleges of the modern occupation education,and as an opportunity,the location of each participant in the role of cooperation around the legal analysis,focuses on higher vocational colleges how to play its dominant position in the cooperation. The author tries to explore how to safeguard the dominant in the cooperation in higher vocational colleges from the status of the legal and institutional level.
