高校志愿服务活动不仅仅是培养高校学生全面发展、健康成长、合格成才的主要途径,也是提升和培育学生社会责任感的主要方式。欧美等发达国家已经将高校学生志愿服务活动纳入教学计划,并通过政府、社会组织、高校的鼎力合作,将高校志愿服务活动纳入考核学生的一项标准。集合我国国情,坚持社会主义核心价值观,完善高校志愿体系和机制,创新志愿服务理念和模式。

The university volunteer service is not only the main way to cultivate college students＇ all-round development,healthy growth,qualified talents,but also the main way to promote and cultivate students＇ sense of social responsibility.Europe and the United States and other developed countries have volunteer service activities of college students in the teaching plan,and through the government,social organizations,the separation of cooperation,university volunteer service activities into a standard assessment of students. China＇s national conditions,adhere to the socialist core values,improve the system and mechanism of voluntary colleges and universities,innovative ideas and models of voluntary service.
