近年来随着经济下行压力的不断加大和高校毕业生人数的急剧增加,需求与供给的严重不对等使得经管类大学生的就业形势越发严峻。本文从需求的视角出发,探索了经管类大学生目前的市场需求情况,并对如何加强经管类大学生的职业生涯规划教育进行了论述。

The employment situation of economic and management students is becoming more and more serious because of the huge gap between demand and supply under the circumstance of the increasing pressure of the slowdown of economy and dramatic increase in the number of college graduates. This paper is to explore the current market demand of economic and management students and expound how to intensify the career planning education of college students in economic and management majors from the perspective of demand.
