高校基层服务型党组织实现路径研究

College Grassroots Service to Achieve the Path of the Party

党的十八大报告明确指出:要以服务群众、做群众工作为主要任务,加强基层服务型党组织建设。自党的十八大以来,高校对基层服务型党组织建设进行了积极有效的探索。本文结合笔者所在高校实际情况,从研究意义、服务功能定位和实施路径三方面探讨高校基层服务型党组织建设相关命题。

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that it is important to strengthen the construction of community-level service party organizations in order to serve the masses and do the work of the masses.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（ CPC）,the university has conducted active and effective explorations on the construction of community-level service party organizations. In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of the author in colleges and universities,from the research significance,the service function orientation and implementation path three aspects to discuss the construction of service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level related propositions.
