本文首先对习书记对高校思想政治教育工作的要求进行了解读,并对新时期加强高职院校思政教师队伍建设的价值意义进行了阐明。针对当前高职院校思政教师队伍建设的现状以及存在的问题进行了探究,并从提升高职院校领导班子对思政教师队伍建设重要性的认识、加强高职院校思政教师的思想教育、完善思政教师考核评聘制度三个维度论述了新时期高职院校思政教师队伍建设的策略,并提出了具体的可行性意见。

This paper explores the current situation and existing problems of the ideological and political education team construction in higher vocational colleges,and perfecting the evaluation system. This paper discusses the strategy of the construction of ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new period,and puts forward the concrete feasibility opinions.
