摘要 上世纪80年代以来,农民工子女教育救助政策发展进程表现为从"限制"到"差别对待"再到"以人为本",当前教育政策文本指导思想关键在于让农民工子女得到平等教育。当前农民工子女教育救助政策执行中仍面临生存型教育救助向发展型教育救助转型的困境,如何提高教育救助政策的有效性,引导农民工子女摆脱教育困境,是今后教育救助政策的重要发展方向。 Since the 80 s of last century,the development process of education policy of peasant workers' children is from " restriction" to " differential treatment" to " people-oriented",the key to the guiding ideology of the current educational policy text is to allow equal education for migrant children. The current migrant workers education policy is still facing the implementation of life-saving education to the development of education to aid the transformation of the dilemma,how to improve the effectiveness of educational assistance policy,guide children migrant workers to get rid of educational difficulties,is an important development direction of future education and relief policy.
