人工智能是一门通过计算机模拟人脑智能行为的总称.当前人工智能在医学领域的研究和创新已取得显著进展并已带来巨大的社会变革,现代医学需要人工智能.成立人工智能实验室和网络临床数据库己成为我国实验外科当务之急.我们要开展人工智能在外科学领域的各项研究,包括机器学习、人工神经网络、大数据、脑科学、手术机器人,并进行人工智能伦理学问题的探讨.我们必须要继承和发扬外科优良传统.不久的将来,超级计算机将成为人类最好的朋友,将帮助外科医生做出医疗决策和在外科医生指导下进行手术.

Artificial intelligence （AI） is a general term that implies the use of a computer to model intelligent behavior with minimal human intervention.In recent years,the research and innovation of AI in medicine have seen a significant growth which creates a big social revolution.The morden medicine needs AI.It is urgent to establish the laboratory of AI of experimental surgery and online clinical database of Chinese experimental surgery.We try to perform the research of AI in surgical medicine,including the machine learning,artificial neural networks,big data,brain science,surgical robots,and research in the area of ethical concerns of AI.We have to inherit and carry forward the fine surgical tradition.In the future,the supercomputer will become a best friend of peoples and will help surgeons to make informed treatment decisions and do operation under the guidance of surgeons.
