The Construction of Minority Cultural Discourse System from the Perspective of Translation

翻译要保障文化内涵得以传递,要减少文化冲突,还要要考虑到目标语受众的理解和接受,翻译视角下少数民族文化话语体系构建时必须要强调民族思想文化的内在支撑,需要以合理的方式有效协调民族文化表达和其他文化的冲突,另外还要照顾到其他文化群体的语言习惯和思维方式,尽可能使民族文化话语体系在进行民族故事表达时通俗易懂,减少翻译传播时文化失真问题出现,通过适应性建构来促进翻译传播路径下的民族文化扩散。

Cultural translation is to retain the transmission of cultural connotation,eliminate cultural conflict and take into account of the target audience＇s understanding and acceptance. The construction of minority cultural discourse from the perspective of translation must emphasize the internal support of the ethnic ideology and culture,calling for a reasonable manner to coordinate the expression of the ethnic culture and the conflict with other culture effectively. In addition to considering the language habits and ways of thinking of other cultural groups,national cultural discourse system should be made straightforward as much as possible in national narrative expression and reduce the propagation distortion of cultural translation so that national cultural diffusion in the path of translation is promoted through adaptive construction.
