Landfill leachate treatment has been widely used in the municipal engineering field, but so far there is no unified engineering consumption standard that can provide the cost measurement basis for compilation of project investment estimation, design budget and construction drawing estimate. Com- bined with the promulgation of the unified national municipal engineering consumption standard, based on an example of comparative analysis of the professional quota, the compilation method, technical route, subitem planning, consumption measurement and cost level measurement of quota for landfill leachate treatment project as well as its application extension were expounded to provide reference for the compilation of the professional ,quota in various regions and sectors and to provide a key technical guidance for determination and control of engineering cost for investment in municipal projects.
