某大型组团式综合建筑给排水设计探讨

Discussion on Water Supply and Drainage Design of a Large Scale Integrated Building

摘要 以某新城商务中心一期工程为例,探讨了组团式建筑生活给水系统的配水均衡布置和大型地下室顶板的排水问题、倒虹管过河的设计要点以及采用PP雨水模块过滤技术的雨水回用系统设计中应注意的问题。探讨了层高超过20 m的大型会议厅的主席台及后台、观众厅的自动喷水灭火系统的多层立体布置特点,以及大型地下室综合管线设计的难点,为大型组团式综合建筑的设计提供了参考和借鉴。 The first phase project of a new city business center was taken as an example, the paper introduced the balanced water distribution system in large scale integrated buildings, drainage problems of large scale basement roof, the main design points of the passing-river inverted siphon and problems of PP rainwater module filtering technology in the design of rainwater recycling system. And some other aspects have been discussed as follows:muhilayer stereoscopic design of automatic sprinkler system in rostrum, backstage and auditorium of large conference room more than 20 meters high. The paper analysed difficulties in pipes comprehensive design of large basement. All the contents above could be used as refer- ence for the design of large scale integrated buildings.
