摘要
对某玻璃纤维生产企业的生产废水处理系统进行工艺改造,充分利用原有构筑物和空间结构,采用混凝沉淀/气浮/水解酸化/接触氧化/过滤工艺,出水COD、BOD5、SS和石油类均达到当地城市污水处理厂纳管标准(COD≤260 mg/L,BOD5≤120 mg/L,SS≤200 mg/L,石油类≤20mg/L)。同时针对该处理系统运行费用较高的问题,提出了相应的解决建议。
The treatment process of wastewater produced from glass fiber productionwas renovated by full usage of existing structures and facilities as well as the space. The combination of coagulation, sedimentation, air flotation, hydrolytic acidification, aerobic contact oxidation and filtration was adopted in the renovation process. The effluent concentrations of COD, BODs, SS and petroleum contaminants could meet the access standard of local municipal wastewater treatment plant (COD ≤260 mg/L, BOD5 ≤ 120 mg/L, SS ≤ 200 mg/L and petroleum pollutants≤20 mg/L). Furthermore, suitable solutions were proposed for the high level of operating cost.
