摘要
选矿药剂生产废水具有硫化物高、含盐量高、有机物浓度高等特点,沈阳市某企业采用具有源水混合稀释的曝气脱硫-A/O组合工艺对高盐选矿药剂生产废水进行处理。结果表明,高浓度选矿药剂生产尾液与厂区其他废水混合稀释后,在平均进水COD为2 638.4 mg/L、NH_4^+-N为65.4 mg/L、S^(2-)为92.4 mg/L的情况下,稳定后处理出水平均COD为219.1 mg/L、NH_4^+-N为27.6 mg/L、S^(2-)为0.5 mg/L,去除率分别高达91.70%、57.80%和99.46%。该组合工艺有效避免了高盐、高硫等不利因素对生化处理的负面影响,出水水质可稳定满足辽宁省《污水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627—2008)中排入城镇污水处理厂收集管网系统的标准,具有处理效果稳定、运行管理简便等优势。
The wastewater from beneficiation reagents production contained high level of salinity,sulfide and organic pollutants. A combined process of aeration desulfurization-A/O was employed m the project of wastewater treatment from the beneficiation reagents production in some mineral chemistry pro- cessing plant in Shenyang. The results showed that after the high strength production wastewater was mixed with other kinds of wastewater, the average original concentrations of COD, NH4+ - N and S2- were respectively 2 638.4 mg/L, 65.4 mg/L and 92.4 mg/L. After treatment via the combined process, the average effluent concentrations of COD, NH4+ -N and S2- after stable operation were 219.1 mg/L, 27.6 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L, the relative final removal rates reached 91.70% , 57.80% and 99.46%. The effluent quality could reach the demand of discharging into municipal wastewater treatment plants in Inte- grated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning Province (DB 21/1627 -2008). The negative impacts of high salinity and sulfide concentrations on the microorganisms activity was avoided in the combined process, so the process had advantages including operation stability and convenience.
