摘要 针对土壤重金属污染普查样品加工无明确标准规定的问题,为适应现代重金属分析测试技术的需求。系统研究了土壤样品加工方式、粒度两个关键环节对样品代表性、加工效率等方面的影响。结果表明:玛瑙球磨为最适宜的加工方式;在确定称样量的前提下,样品的加工粒度应<0.15mm(-100目)。根据相关技术规定,在此基础上拟定了土壤重金属普查样品加工流程,为普查工作提供了一种可借鉴的样品加工流程。 To solve the problem that there is no clear standard for the powdering of soil sample for heavy metal pollution investigation, meet the needs of modem analysis technology for heavy metals, this paper studied the impact of two key sections that are powdering mode and grain size on sample representativeness and processing efficiency. The results showed that the optimal powering mode was powder milling with agate milling. The grain size of soil sample should be less than 0. 15 mm ( - 100 meshes) in the premise of confirming sample weight. The study proposed the processing flows of soil sample for heavy metal investigation based on relevant regulations, it can be used as reference for investigation work.
