结构设计对正畸支抗种植体初期稳定性影响的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 近10余年来,支抗种植体在口腔正畸领域得到了广泛应用.较多学者就正畸支抗种植体初期稳定性的影响因素进行了大量研究,包括支抗种植体的材料选择、结构设计、植入手术操作、植入骨质条件、载荷大小与方向等.现从几何形状、尺寸大小、颈部构型、螺纹构型等相关构造因素出发,综述分析结构设计在正畸支抗种植体初期稳定性中的作用,为支抗种植体结构优化提供参考. During the past decade, the anchorage implants have been widely used in the orthodontic treatment. Many scholars have studied the influence of different factors on anchorage implant's primary stability, including anchorage implant's material properties, structural design, surgical procedure, bone condition, loading force's magnitude and direction. This article is to review the influence of anchorage implant's shape, dimension, neck design and thread design on its primary stability.
