摘要
本文采用有限元分析(FEA)技术对一种离心压缩机吊装时的壳体强度进行仿真分析,并结合实际测试结果进行对比验证。分析结果表明,该离心压缩机壳体在吊装时的结构强度可以满足设计要求。实践证明,通过FEA方法可以缩短离心压缩机的设计开发周期,还可以减少约10%的强度试验成本。
In this paper, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method was used to predict the behavior of centrifugal compressor shell hoisted, by comparing with testing data. Analysis results showed that its structure satisfied the strength requirement. This study showed that FEA method could accelerate R&D process of centrifugal compressor as well as reduce about 10% of material cost with strength requirement.
