Numerical Simulation of Cold Plate Refrigerated Vehicle Based on Frozen Meat

本文以某公司的冷板冷藏车作为研究对象,选取了冷冻肉作为装载货物,建立了冷板冷藏车内及货物的数学模型,通过CFD软件模拟载货条件下冷藏车的动态温度场,并对温度的变化及分布的特点进行了分析讨论,对较有规则几何形状的冻品冷藏运输提供了理论依据。

This paper studied one kind of Cold Plate Refrigerated Vehicle developed by X Company, with refrigerated meat as its load. Specifically, a mathematics model of the Cold Plate Refrigerated Vehicle and its load was given; the dynamic temperature field of the loaded Cold Plate Vehicle was simulated by CFD software; the variation and distribution of temperature were discussed and a theoretical explanation was given on refrigerated transportation of load with regular shape.
