摘要 目的探讨思维导图在心血管内科教学中的应用价值及其效果评价。方法本研究共入选首都医科大学临床检验系本科学生36名为研究对象。在心力衰竭教学过程中,采用思维导图教学法,以"引导—探究—协作"的方式进行教学,并在授课结束后,现场发放反馈调查问卷,评价取得的教学效果。结果应用思维导图教学法,学生对心血管病知识的理解更加深刻,综合运用知识解决问题的能力有较大提高。学生普遍认为该方法有助于激发学习兴趣,想象力和创造力,提高自主学习能力,并提高自己综合分析及解决问题的能力。结论应用思维导图教学法在心血管病学教学中能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的综合能力,从而提高教学质量。 Objective To evaluate the application and effect of mind mapping in the clinical teaching of cardiovascular disease. Methods Thirty-six college students of clinical laboratory medicine of Capital Medical University were included in the study. During clinical teaching of heart failure, mind mapping was used by means of instruction-exploration-cooperation mode. After class teaching, a questionnaire survey among the college students was performed to evaluate the effect of mind mapping. Results The understanding of students about the knowledge of cardiovascular disease and problem-solving ability were improved by using mind mapping. Moreover, most students deemed that mind mapping was beneficial to inspire their interest in learning, imagination and creativity, improve their self-learning ability and overall ability to analyze and solve problem. Conclusion Applying mind mapping teaching method can inspire students' learning interest, increase their comprehensive ability in the teaching of cardiovascular disease, improve the quality of teaching.
