翻转课堂教学法在急诊进修医师培训中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析将翻转课堂教学法应用于急诊进修医师培训的方法及其培训效果。方法选取某院急诊危重症中心进修的医师学员88名,随机分组为实验组(42人)和对照组(46人)。实验组采用翻转课堂教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,培训结束进行理论知识考核及急救综合能力考核,对培训结果进行比较,正态分布的计量资料两组间比较采用t检验,非正态分布采用Mann-Whitney U秩和检验。计数资料组间比较采用χ~2检验或Fisher确切概率,P<0.05认为差异具有统计学意义。结果实验组进修医师的基本理论成绩(88.29±5.01 VS 79.72±5.83)和实践操作成绩(34.79±4.16 VS 32.11±3.36)要显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学员对翻转课堂的教学模式的满意度,包括内容理解度(χ~2=6.029)、课堂氛围(χ~2=6.406)、教学趣味性(χ~2=6.593)和解决问题能力(χ~2=8.524),也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用翻转式课堂教学模式进行急诊进修医师培训,提高了进修医师的知识掌握及综合能力,教学满意程度明显高于传统教学,翻转课堂教学法在急诊医师培训中具有进一步推广的价值。 Objective To explore the application of Flipping Classroom in training trainee doctors in emergency department.Methods We enrolled 216 trainee doctors from theemergency department. All trainee doctors were randomly divided into two groups that contain experimental group(n=104) and control group(n=112). Trainee doctors in experimental group were trained on the flipping Classroom teaching methods and doctors in control group were teached on the traditional clinical teaching mode. We conducted the basic theoretical knowledge examination and emergency comprehensive assessment at the end of the teaching, and compared the results of two groups and analyzed the effect of Flipping Classroom teaching method.Results The score of experimental group were significanthigher than control group(P〈0.05). The trainee doctors in experimental more satisfied with the teachers and classes than those in control group.Conclusion The Flipping Classroom teaching methods improved the efficiency of trainee doctors education.
