表皮角质套膜的形成及相关疾病研究进展

摘要 皮肤是人体最大的器官,是与外界接触的第1道屏障。广义的皮肤屏障包括表皮屏障、脂类屏障和免疫屏障等诸多方面;狭义的皮肤屏障通常指表皮屏障,尤其是角质层物理性或机械性屏障结构。
