摘要
采用微弧氧化对钛合金表面改性,讨论在不同条件下微弧氧化膜的形貌、结构和成份。结果表明,在钛合金表面得到一层金红石型TiO2和锐钛矿型TiO2的多孔氧化膜,且在膜中可以渗入钙,磷离子。膜层中的元素呈阶梯分布,外层的Ca,P含量较大,Ca/P含量随溶液中Ca/P含量近似呈线性增加。在确定的电解液下表面孔隙率基本不变,但孔洞大小随反应电压的增加而增加;膜的生长速率随反应时间的延长呈先快后慢变化。这种含有Ca,P成份的多孔表层结构有利于骨细胞的吸附和结合。
The titanium alloy microarc oxidation film produced in various electrolytes were analysed. The results indicate that the films are porous TiO2 consisting of rutile and anatase contained Ca+and P+ions. The Ca and P distribution in the film decreases gradually from surface to interior and the films Ca/P ratio is proportional to that of the electrolyte solution. Under constant voltage, the porosity is almost constant. But the pore size of the surface increases with the increase of the voltage. Initially rapid, the growth rate of the film decreases gradually with time. This porous Ca+and P+containing film is conducive to the attachment and growth of bone cells.
