Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has vigorously promoted innovations in diplomatic thoughts and theories,and has gradually established the theoretical framework of Major-Country Diplomacy with Chinese Characteristics:With the strategic height of integrating both the domestic and international situations,China takes the Chinese Dream of achieving the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as the guideline;with the strategic choice of peaceful development,China abides by the concept of peaceful development,innovates the thoughts of peaceful development,and consolidates the basis of peaceful development;with the strategic goal of shaping new types of international relations,China nurses the aspiration of building a community of shared interests and common destiny for mankind;with win-win cooperation as strategic path,China emphasizes both development and security,seeks a healthy and stable new model of major-country relationship,follows the principles of amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness in conducting neighborhood diplomacy,leads the innovation and development of international relations with developing countries by pursuing justice and shared interests,and promotes multilateral cooperation by improving the global partnership network,by actively participating in global governance and advocating the Belt and Road Initiative.
