汽车前地板后段零件拉延成形工艺参数优化 被引量:4

Optimization on drawing process parameters for rear parts of automobile front floor

摘要 为了提高汽车前地板后段拉延成形件的成形品质,借助有限元软件Auto Form,建立零件拉延成形过程的有限元模型进行数值模拟。采用正交试验设计和数值模拟相结合的方法,对拉延成形工艺参数进行优化。在数值模拟分析中,以零件的最大减薄率作为开裂指标,以最大起皱准则作为起皱指标,最后采用多目标优化方法得出最优的工艺参数组合。并将得到的最优参数进行实验验证,实验结果表明,本文提出的方法可以有效地控制汽车前地板后段零件拉延成形的开裂和起皱缺陷。 In order to improve the forming quality of rear part of automobile front floor,a finite element model of the drawing process was established,and the drawing process was simulated by finite element software Auto Form. Then,the drawing technological parameters were optimized by combining the orthogonal experiment design with numerical simulation. During the analysis of simulation,the maximum thinning rate was used to reflect cracking index,and the maximum wrinkling criterion was used to reflect the wrinkling index. Finally,the optimal combination of process parameters was obtained by the multi-objective optimization method,and the optimal parameters were verified by experiment. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively control the cracking and wrinkle of automobile front floor rear part.
