细长棒料用冷床的结构分析与冷却能力数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical simulation on cooling ability and structure analysis of cooling bed used by slender bar

摘要 为保证热处理后细长棒料在运输过程中达到良好的冷却效果和直度要求,增大冷床利用率,减少冷床占地面积,设计了一种细长棒料生产所用的新型单链式冷床。简析了感应热处理线单链式冷床的工作原理、结构特点。利用计算机仿真软件Deform,模拟冷床及棒料的温度场变化,获得了冷床铝板及棒料的温度分布规律。通过对该冷床工作原理和结构特点的分析以及温度场的模拟,得到了棒料出冷床的温度为115℃左右,冷床铝板上表面的温度为65℃左右,说明了其在结构、冷却效果、直度要求及成本等方面的合理性。 In order to make sure the good cooling effect and the straightness requirement during transportation of slender bar as well as increasing utilization rate and reducing area of the cooling bed,a new single chain cooling bed used for slender bar was designed. Then,the operating principle and the structure characteristics of the single chain cooling bed with induction heat treatment line were analyzed. The temperature field of cooling bed and the bar were simulated by Deform software,and the temperature distributions of aluminum plate and bar of the cooling bed were obtained. Furthermore,through analysis of the working and structural characteristics of the cooling bed and the simulation of the temperature field,the cooling bed temperature of bar was obtained about 115 ℃,and the temperature of aluminum plates on the upper surface of cooling bed was about 65 ℃. The result shows the rationality on the structure,cooling effect,straightness,cost and so on.
