Construction and Realization Path of the Organization Management System of Community National Reading Based on Demand and Supply View

本文基于"供求理论"的宏观视域,以"组织管理体系"作为宏观调控方式,运用系统科学理论,在分析社区全民阅读组织管理体系内涵的基础上,构建了供求理论视域下的社区全民阅读组织管理体系组织架构,并对该体系的实现路径进行了探讨,以期为进一步促进我国社区全民阅读公共服务水平的提高、更好地满足社会公众的阅读需求提供理论支撑。

Taking ＂organization management system＂ as the pattern of macro-regulation, using the system science theory, based on the analysis of organization management system connotation of community national reading, this paper constructs organizational framework of organization management system of community national reading based on the macroscopic view of ＂demand and supply theory＂, discusses the realization paths, and aims to provide theoretical support for promoting the public service level of national reading in Chinese community and better meeting public reading demands.
