摘要
指标赋权方法中,1-9标度层次分析法存在的当判断矩阵阶数较大时构造一致矩阵能力较弱,熵权法可能出现单个指标权重过大以及单一赋权方法确定指标权重具有一定片面性。针对这些不足,结合指数标度层次分析法和改进后的熵权法,基于最小二乘和相对熵原理,提出了兼顾主客观因素的改进组合赋权法,并对某野战通信系统效能指标体系进行赋权,得到效能评估结果。结果表明,改进组合赋权法在一定程度上提高了评估结果的准确性。
According to the deficiencies of 1-9 scale AHP' s poor ability by establishing high-order consist- ent matrix, an oversize index weight caused by entropy method and the sidedness of determining the weight by using single method, a method is provided that index weight is calculated through combination of weigh- ting approaches of subjective and objective evaluation method of index scale AHP and improved entropy method that is based on the principle of least squares and relative entropy. The method is applied to a field communication system to get the results of effectiveness evaluation. The results show that the improved combi- nation weighting method can improve the accuracy of the results to a certain extent.
