摘要
针对中国绿色建筑与传统建筑共生关系研究的不足,在构建绿色建筑与传统建筑共生演化模型的基础上,结合系统动力理论提出了二者共生特征实证分析方法,在收集中国绿色建筑项目与传统建筑项目数据的基础上进行了实证研究。结果表明:绿色建筑处于产业成长期,传统建筑处于产业成熟期,二者之间共生关系属于非对称互惠共生模式,绿色建筑对传统建筑的影响大于传统建筑对绿色建筑的影响。
Based on the symbiotic evolutionary model on green building and non-green building, an empirical analysis method on symbiotic characteristics is proposed. This analysis process overcomes shortcoming of symbiotic analysis on green building and non-green building. The analysis process is used to test the symbiotic characteristics by using data came from china on green building and non-green building. The results show that the symbiotic characteristics are asymmetric mutualism mode; green building is in growth stage, non-green building is in matured stage. Green building plays a more important role in promoting the developing for non-green building, and non-green building has a relatively weak effect on green building.
