环境经济地理学研究综述与展望

Review and Prospect on Environmental Economic Geography

随着环境问题不断凸显,区域经济发展与环境之间的关系日益受到学者关注,环境经济地理学已成为西方经济地理学发展的新方向。环境经济地理学概念在2004年科隆大学环境经济地理学年会上首次明确提出。经过十多年的发展,从现有的研究成果来看,环境经济地理学研究主要采用演化经济学和管制经济学两种研究范式,对环境变化对经济活动空间分布的影响、经济活动特别是经济集聚对环境影响的地域性及区域经济活动的环境治理等议题作了相应的探讨。在经济新常态背景下,我国环境经济地理学未来的发展方向应集中在三个方面:区域环境、经济、地理三者之间的关系研究,经济活动环境效应内在机制研究和经济活动环境污染的空间效应研究。

With the deterioration of environment, the relationship between the regional economic development and environment is attracting more and more scholar＇s attention. Environmental economic geography, as the emerging research direction of the economic geography, was put forward at the environmental economic geography meeting held at the University of Cologne in 2004. The existing literatures in this field mainly adopt the research paradigm of evolutionary economics and regulation economics to study the following topics： The effects of environment change on the spatial distribution of economic activities, the environmental effect of the economic activity, especially the economic agglomeration, and the environmental governance of the regional economic activities. Under the background of economic new normal, the future research directions in China should focus on the following three aspects： The relationship among regional environment, economic and geography, the internal mechanism determines the environment effects of the economic activities, and the spatial effects of the environmental pollution caused by economic activities.
