中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网与脓毒症凝血功能障碍的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是由中性粒细胞核内组分释放到细胞外形成的一种网状纤维结构,可由多种病原体或药物刺激中性粒细胞产生,具有限制病原体扩散、分泌杀菌蛋白等多种作用.NETs不仅可以加强中性粒细胞与血液的黏附,促进血小板介导的促凝反应,同时可以造成内皮细胞损伤,导致脓毒症凝血功能障碍发生.除此之外,NETs也在静脉血栓形成等病理生理过程中发挥了重要作用.因此,NETs可能成为评价脓毒症凝血功能障碍程度的生物学标志物,以及减轻脓毒症凝血功能障碍的潜在治疗靶点. Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) are net-like structure composed of DNA and nuclear proteins, which are produced by activated neutrophils under the circumstances of a variety of pathogens or drugs. As part of defensive mechanism, NETs have been proved to restrict the spread of pathogens and release of antimicrobial molecules. NETs can not only strengthen the adhesion between neutrophils and platelets, promote platelet mediated procoagulant reaction, but also lead to endothelial cell damage and coagulopathy in sepsis. In addition, NETs also plays an important role in pathophysiological processes of venous thrombosis. Therefore, NETs may become the biomarkers of evaluating coagulation dysfunction and potential therapy target in sepsis.
