β_3肾上腺素能受体在多脏器中的作用及机制

摘要 β肾上腺素能受体(βAR)是一类具有儿茶酚胺作用的受体,分为β_1、β_2、β_3三种,其中β_3含量最少,但作用却越来越受到重视,也是近年来研究的热点。β_3AR分布于人体的多种组织中,如心、肺、等,在肺中,β_3AR与肺泡液体清除率、肺囊性纤维化、气道反应性有关,此外β_3AR在心肌、胃肠道、肾以及心血管系统也有重要作用,参与疾病的病理生理过程,因此探讨β_3AR在肺、心肌、胃肠道等中的作用将有助于临床研究治疗疾病的药物。 Beta adrenergic receptor(tAR) is a type of receptor has catecholamine, it including β, β2,β3.β3 is the least,but the roles are important, and it is also a hot spot in the recent years. β3AR distributed in a variety of human tissues, such as heart, lung and so on. In lung, β3 AR is related to alveolar fluid clearance, pulmonary cystic fibrosis and airway responsiveness. In addition, its aslo related to cardiac muscle, gastrointestinal tract, kidney and cardiovascular system, and participate in the pathophysiology of the disease. So explored the effect of β3 AR in lung, cardiuc muscle, gastrointestinal tract are good for clinical research, in order to treatment of diseases.
