阿尔茨海默病评定量表在我国的研究进展

Research Advance of Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale in China

阿尔茨海默病评定量表(ADAS)被认为是评估阿尔茨海默病(AD)的主要量表,在许多药物临床试验中被广泛用于评价疗效的指标。尽管ADAS中的注意力选项仍有争议,国内已对ADAS进行了中文版的翻译,并对其信度、效度进行了研究,其信度、效度较佳。中文版ADAS被认为可用于区分AD与正常老年人,但该量表在与教育的关系及区分轻度认知功能障碍与正常老年人方面存在争议。该量表在认知方面的评测也存在一些缺点,需结合其他量表进行修订,并研究修订对该量表可信度的影响,使新量表在评估AD上更精确、实用。

Alzheimer＇s disease assessment scale （ADAS） is regarded as the main scale in assessment of Alzheimer＇s disease（AI）） and is utihzed widely in many drug clinical trials. ADAS is translated to Chinese version and researched on reliability analysis and validity analysis in China. The reliability and validity of scale are established, despite attention item is controversial. Chinese version of ADAS is acknowledged to identify between AD and normal elderly. However, there are controversies on several aspects, such as the relationship of ADAS and educational levels, if mild cognitive impairment could be identified by scale. Because of some shortcomings in the assessment scale on the aspect of cognitive evaluation, ADAS should be combined with other assessment scales to be amended, and the influence on the reliability of the scale should be studied to make the new scale more precise and practical for the evaluation of AD.
