摘要 近年来负压创面治疗技术(NPWT)作为一种创面处理的新疗法,已应用于多种创面的愈合。该技术具有使用简便、疗效明显、安全可靠等优点,能加快创面愈合、降低感染发生率、缩短住院时间。NPWT技术包括封闭负压引流技术和封闭负压辅助闭合技术,了解NPWT的原理和治疗机制,总结应用范围,将会更好地将NPWT应用于临床,但患者应用NPWT时需要特别注意胸骨深部感染、局部肿瘤、活动性出血创面等。深入了解NPWT,可以使其更好地为临床服务。 Recently negative pressure wound treatment(NPWT) as a new wound repair therapy has been widely applied for different kinds of wounds. NPWT is a simple, efficient and safe way for healing the wound. It can accelerate the wound healing, reduce infectious rate and length of hospital stay. NPWT includes two methods, vacuum sealing technique and vacuum sealing drainage. Knowing the principle, mechanism, and understanding the scope of NPWT will be better for its clinical application. Some special patients suffering deep sternal infection, local tumor, or bleeding wound must be paid more attention to before applying NPWT. An in-depth understanding of NPWT can make it better to serve the clinical needs.
