近年来,对比增强超声(CEUS)技术在诸多疾病临床诊断中已日趋成熟。同时,介入超声在临床中也得到广泛应用,将两者紧密结合可发现其临床诊断及指导治疗的新优势。目前,CEUS已成功应用于多种超声引导下穿刺置管或介入治疗前后的评估中,为临床诊断及治疗提供了不可忽视的帮助,尤其在诊断胆管系统及泌尿系统梗阻的病因,指导超声引导下进行微创介入治疗等方面具有较为明显的优势。分析总结CEUS的优势,可为更加精准的介入超声诊断及治疗提供新思路。

Contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS） has been increasingly mature in diagnosing different kinds of diseases over the recent years. At the same time, interventional ultrasound has also been widely accepted in clinical practice, and the combination of CEUS with interventional ultrasound can lead to new advantages in the clinical diagnosis and treatment. At present, CEUS has been successfully applied to a variety of ultrasound-guided puncture catheterization or interventional therapy, and the importance of CEUS in clinical cannot be neglected, especially in the diagnosis of causes of biliary and urinary system obstruction, ultrasound guided guidance of interventional therapy. Analyzing and summarizing its advantages, can pro- vide new ideas for more accurate ultrasound interventional diagnosis and treatment.
