Research Progress of Silicone Rubbers with High Thermal Conductivity

摘要 导热硅橡胶因具有优异的热稳定性、良好的导热性能等优点,在航天航空、电气绝缘、微电子以及汽车机械等领域得到了广泛的应用。本文从介绍硅橡胶种类入手,通过概述不同优化导热性能的手段,发现填料的纳微尺度组合以及维度组合等方式可以在硅橡胶材料中形成导热微结构,促使导热性能提高几倍甚至几十倍,最后提出构建有效的纳米填料阵列结构是提高复合材料热导率的一个有效途径。 Thermal conductive silicone rubber has been widely used in aerospace, high-voltage electrical insulation, microelectronic, vehicle machinery and other fields for its excellent thermal stability and good thermal conductivity. In this paper, the types of silicone rubber were introduced, and different methods to optimize the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber were summarized. It is found that the combination of nano- and micro-fillers in scale or in dimensionality can form thermal conductive microstructure in sili- cone rubber, which would promote the thermal conductivity increase by several times or even dozens of times. Finally, it is proposed that constructing an effective array structure by nano fillers will be an effec- tive way to improve the thermal conductivity of the composites.
