无卤阻燃导热绝缘漆的制备与研究

摘要 在不饱和聚酯绝缘漆中添加自制无卤阻燃树脂和导热填料,制备出一种无卤阻燃的导热绝缘漆。通过对粘结力和氧指数的综合实验,确定阻燃树脂的加入量为10%。当阻燃树脂添加量为10%,无机填料添加量为40%时,绝缘漆的阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0级,导热系数达到0.40 W/(m·K)。用该阻燃绝缘漆浸渍微波炉变压器(BWL-700A-28),变压器的工作温升从180 K降低至160 K以下。 A halogen-free flame retardant thermal conductive insulating varnish was prepared by adding halogen-free flame retardant resin and thermal conductive fillers to the unsaturated polyester insulating varnish. According to the comprehensive experiments of the adhesive force and oxygen index, the addi- tion amount of the flame retardant resin was determined as 10%. The results show that when the flame retardant resin addition amount is 10% and the inorganic fillers addition amount is 40%, the flame retar- dancy of the varnish meets the requirements of UL94 V-0, and the thermal conductivity reaches 0.40 W/ (m. K). After the microwave oven transformer (BWL-700A-28) is impregnated with the varnish, the tem- perature rise of the transformer reduces from 180K to 160 K below.
