新型城镇化与生态文明建设的双维耦合分析

Two-dimensional Coupling Analysis of New-type Urbanization and Ecological Civilization Construction

基于我国31个省(区、市)2006—2015年的数据资料,构建新型城镇化与生态文明建设的评价指标体系和双维时空耦合协调模型,运用熵值法进行指标赋权,测算出2006—2015年新型城镇化与经济发展的耦合协调度并分析各省(区、市)的对比类型。结果表明:全国新型城镇化与生态文明建设的耦合协调度在空间上呈东高西低的态势,10年间各省(区、市)耦合协调度均有提升,但差异逐年拉大。最后提出加强调控、规划,合理配置有效资源,通过法律约束和绿色生态文化构建共同促进新型城镇化与生态文明建设的和谐发展。

Based on the data of 31 provinces in China during 2006 to 2015, the evaluation index system of the new urbanization and ecological civilization construction and the coupling coordination model of two dimensional space time were built.By using the entropy method to calculate the index weight, the coupling coordination degree of urbanization and economic development of each province in 2006 to 2015 was calculated and the comparison types of each province were analyzed.The results showed that the coupling coordination degree of the new urbanization and ecological civilization construction in every province and city of China was high in the east and low in the west, the coupling coordination degree of every province and city had been improved in ten years, but the differences were increasing year by year. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, it was proposed to strengthen regulation, planning, rational allocation of effective resources, through legal constraints and the construction of green ecological culture to promote the harmonious development of new urbanization and ecological civilization.
