摘要
目的探讨应用强力磁铁摘出部分嵌于眼球壁部分位于眼球后的眶内磁性异物的手术方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析此类异物摘出手术13例(13只眼)的临床资料。影像学检查显示异物部分嵌顿于眼球后壁部分穿透眼球壁进入球后,根据异物所在的经线,自角膜缘剪开球结膜,用作者自行研制的弯头眶内强力磁铁,沿眼球壁表面到达异物部位,吸出异物。结果本组13例均顺利将异物摘出。术后未发生明显的眶内出血、眼内出血、视力下降或眼球运动障碍等并发症。结论应用眶内强力磁铁能顺利摘出部分嵌于眼球壁的眶内磁性异物,手术成功率高、耗时短、创伤小及并发症少。
Objective To investigate the surgical method and efficacy of extraction of orbital magnetic foreign bodies partially incarcerated on the global wall by means of an orbital strong magnet. Methods The data of 13 eyes of 13 patients with magnetic orbital foreign bodies partially incarcerated on the global wall were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were diagnosed by imaging examination. According to the location of foreign body, the conjunctiva was incised along the limbus. The orbital strong magnet was put at the location of foreign body along the surface of global wall and then the foreign body was extracted. Results All cases foreign bodies were successfully extracted. No obvious complication such as orbital hemorrhage, intraocular hemorrhage, visual loss or limited ocular movement occurred. Conclusion The magnetic orbital foreign bod/es partially incarcerated on the global wall can be successfully extracted by orbital strong magnet with high success rate, short duration and few complications.
