心力衰竭患者自我护理信心在领悟社会支持与自我护理行为间的中介作用

Mediating Effect of Self-care Confidence on the Relationship between Perceived Social Support and Self-care Behavior in Heart Failure Patients

目的:探讨心力衰竭患者领悟社会支持与自我护理行为之间的关系,以及自我护理信心在领悟社会支持与自我护理行为关系间的中介作用。方法:采用方便取样,抽取127名在心内科住院治疗的心力衰竭患者,采用心力衰竭自我护理指数量表(SCHFI)和中文版医疗社会支持量表(MOS-SSS-C)进行调查。结果:(1)心力衰竭患者领悟社会支持的各因子与自我护理维持及自我护理管理均呈正相关(均P<0.05);(2)自我护理信心分别在实际的支持、情感的支持、正性的社会互动、信息及情绪的支持对自我护理维持的影响中发挥着完全中介作用;(3)自我护理信心分别在实际的支持、情感的支持、正性的社会互动、信息及情绪的支持对自我护理管理的影响中发挥着完全中介作用。结论:自我护理信心在心力衰竭患者领悟社会支持和自我护理行为之间起完全中介作用。

Objective： To explore the association between perceived social support and self-care behaviors and whetherself-care confidence mediates the relationship between perceived social support and self-care behaviors in heart failure pa-tients. Methods： One hundred and twenty-seven inpatients with heart failure selected from the department of cardiologycompleted the self-care of heart failure index（V6） and Chinese Mandarin version of the Medical Outcomes Study Social Sup-port Survey（MOS-SSS-C）. Results：（1）Affectionate support, tangible support, positive social interaction support and emo-tional/informational support were significantly related with self-care maintenance（P〈0.05） and self-care management（P〈0.05）.（2）Self-care confidence fully mediated the relationship between affectionate support, tangible support, positive socialinteraction support, emotional/informational support and self-care maintenance.（3）Self-care confidence fully mediated therelationship between affectionate support, tangible support, positive social interaction support, emotional/informational sup-port and self-care management. Conclusion： Perceived social support may indirectly influence self-care behaviorsthrough self-care confidence in patients with heart failure.
