摘要
文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,总结了其实施国家重大农技推广项目试点工作取得的经验,评估了其实施成效,在分析实施国家重大农技推广项目试点工作存在的问题的基础上,提出了加大经费投入和人员激励力度、改革项目经费管理、鼓励成果创造者参与推广、探索新的农技推广方式等对策建议。
Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, experience of implementing pilot national key agricultural technology extension projects was summarized and implementing effects were evaluated in the paper. Based on analyzing problems of implementing the pilot projects, suggestions were put forward, which consisted of increasing the input of funds and personnel incentive, reforming management of the project funds, encouraging achievement creators to participate in extension works, exploring new agricultural technology extension mode, etc.
