左、右半结肠癌基因表达差异及相关药物治疗现状 被引量:2

The different status of gene expression and relevant drug treatment of left and right colon cancer

摘要 回顾近年来最新有关左、右半结肠癌之间的基因类型表达差异性的研究,结合左、右半结肠癌对抗癌药物的敏感性差异的相关报道,进一步总结左、右半结肠癌基因表达与药物治疗的关系,为指导临床医师合理选择针对结肠不同原发部位的抗癌药物和新型抗癌药的开发提供依据。 By reviewing the recent research progresses about different expression of gene types between left and right colon cancer, and combining some studies about different sensibility of anticarcinogen to left and right colon cancer, the relativity between gene expression and medication was clarified to provide a theoretical evidence for choice of drugs and development of new drugs for colon cancer of different primary sites.
