血清胃泌素17水平与胃癌及癌前病变的相关性研究

The correlation of serum gastrin 17 level with gastric cancer and precancerous lesion

目的探讨血清胃泌素17(gastrin 17,G17)水平与胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)及癌前病变的相关性。方法选取2013年2月-2016年2月湖北省第三人民医院消化内科就诊患者130例。酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清G17水平,并检测幽门螺杆菌IgG(H.pylori-IgG)抗体滴度。结果 >60岁以上的患者、H.pylori-IgG阴性患者、萎缩性胃炎(AG)患者及胃癌(GC)患者,血清G17水平女性明显高于男性(P<0.05);与浅表性胃炎(SG)组患者比较,GC组、胃黏膜糜烂组(GE)及胃溃疡组(GU组)G17水平明显升高(P<0.05);针对H.pylori-IgG阴性患者,与SG组患者比较,GU组及GC组患者G17水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论血清G17水平能够作为GC的有效生物标志物,其在GC筛查的过程中发挥显著价值,为GC的临床治疗提供准确的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the relationship of serum gastrin 17 （G17） level with gastric cancer （GC） and precancerous lesion. Methods One hundred and thirty patients were collected in the Third People＇ s Hospital of Hubei Province from Feb. 2013 to Feb. 2016. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect serum level of G17. The antibody titer of Helicobacter pylori IgG （H. pylori-IgG） was detected. Results For older than 60 years old patients, H. pylori-IgG negative patients, atrophic gastritis （AG） disease patients and gstrie cancer（GC） patients, the serum level of G17 was significantly higher in female than male patients （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; compared with SG group, the level of G17 was significantly higher in GC group, gastric mucosa erosion group （GE） and gastric ulcer group （GU） （P 〈 0.05） ; for H. pylori-IgG negative patients, compared with SG group, the level of G17 was significantly higher in GU group and GC group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The serum level of G17 is effective as the biomarker of GC. It plays a significant value in the process of screening for GC, and also provides accurate reference basis for clinical treatment of GC.
