摘要
N-甲基-D天冬氨酸(N—methyl-D-aspartate,NMDA)受体广泛存在于神经细胞的突触后膜上,有较高的钙离子通透性,是与学习记忆及精神性疾病密切相关的一类谷氨酸门控离子通道受体。该受体是由7种类型的亚基NR1,NR2A-D,NR3A、B组成的四聚体或五聚体,其中NR1与NR2、NR3之间不具有明显的同源关系。
